The Visual Youth Exchange in Balatonszárszó, Hungary, is an eight-day event that helps young people use visual storytelling and creativity to express themselves and share their ideas. The project gives participants the chance to build skills in using visual tools and working with others from different countries.

The main objectives of this Youth Exchange are to equip participants with tools to promote human rights in rural communities, increase awareness of human rights in daily life, and encourage active participation in defending these rights. Additionally, the program aims to develop advocacy, communication, and project management skills, supporting participants in creating actionable plans for their local communities.

The NGO Video Lab project is focused on educating youth workers in NGOs to master the skills of creating engaging video content. The goal is to equip youth workers with modern promotional strategies and video content to reach more young people, increasing their involvement in NGO activities.

This soft skills training is designed for young people who are already freelancers, entrepreneurs, digital nomads (or those aspiring to become digital nomads), and those who wish to improve their entrepreneurial mindset. A one-day hackathon may be included in the program depending on the group composition, participant needs, and existing dynamics.

For this project, chess—a game or sport played all over the world for centuries—will be used as a common language among participants. Through various games, activities, workshops, and communicative exchanges, we will address current societal issues and values. The goal is for young participants to exchange ideas, design methods for inclusion and diversity, and propose creative solutions to combat situations of inequality and discrimination.

Disasters in the realities of the world affect nations and countries from various perspectives. We encounter many different disasters at every point in our living space, impacting societies psychologically, socially, economically, and socioculturally. In addition to natural disasters, societies also face various human-made disasters caused by nuclear, biological, and industrial accidents, as well as issues involving immigrants, displaced people, and wars. The importance and diversity of disasters vary by country.

“The project includes an introductory training course on Living Library Methodology, followed by three months for participants to design and implement events in their communities. It culminates in a final evaluation meeting to reflect on experiences and lessons learned. The training involves 36 youth workers from the European Union (Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, and Romania) and neighboring countries (Armenia, Türkiye, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Palestine), engaging them in discussions, presentations, and field visits to develop their skills in organizing Living Library events.”

Folklore meets multiculturality in the fourth edition of the very successful project “Folklore For the Future”. Now with the name “Dancing our Roots”. Youngsters from different countries and cultures of Europe will meet once again this summer in Cortes de la Frontera to exchange cultural, dance and folklore lessons, learn from each other, express themselves and show us the richness of their countries’ traditions.

“Anyone Hears My Voice?” aims at bringing together 35 participants aged 16-29 between 01-10 July from Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Slovakia and Italy. The participants (6+ one leader) in total 7, will stay together for 10 days.

The general objective of the project is to increase the employability of women between 18 and 30 years old from rural backgrounds, through the acquisition of digital communication skills, to be employed in the field of non-profit organizations. The consortium, after a careful analysis of needs carried out with the participation of stakeholders, has identified specific objectives functional to the achievement of the general purpose.

Folklore meets multiculturality in the fourth edition of the very successful project “Folklore For the Future”. Now with the name “Dancing our Roots”. Youngsters from different countries and cultures of Europe will meet once again this summer in Cortes de la Frontera to exchange cultural, dance and folklore lessons, learn from each other, express themselves and show us the richness of their countries’ traditions.

The Visual Thinking 4 You(th) project, has the general objective of promoting the social inclusion of dyslexic young people between 13 and 19 years old, through visual thinking, which consists in transmitting and exposing ideas through simple and easily recognizable images. The objective of this method is to improve the learner’s learning level by allowing him, through the use of images, to better understand ideas, define objectives, identify problems and generate new concepts and it is particularly effective for those who have cognitive peculiarities such as dyslexic people.

Generation Next: Empower your career success! is a youth exchange in the Czech Republic that will be structured for the participants to achieve the objectives of the project as well as individual learning goals. Some of the crucial skills were identified based both on previous research and experience as the ability to create valuable social connections, confidence and a sense of self-worth in order to take risks and developing initiative and taking control over their situation and acting as leaders.

“ICE-CREAM for social entrepreneurship” is a uniquely designed training for trainers and youth workers, aimed at development of entrepreneurship skills and competences, increasing the capacity of organizations and youth workers in social projects creation and implementation, raising quality and innovation in youth work and, therefore, bringing significant changes in the societies on the local, national and, where applicable, international levels.

The project’s primary goal is to foster the reduction of the disparity between men and women in professional sectors. According to the 2020 World Migration Report analysis of the International Organization for Migration, the number of immigrants worldwide has increased to 272 million, reaching 3.5 % of the world population.
