The project is aiming to empower rural communities and transform them into comprehensive, inclusive, resilient, and self-sustaining Youth Ecosystems by fostering a culture of youth participation, leadership, and innovation and facilitating alignment with local, national, and European policy frameworks. The project envisions a future where rural communities across Europe are transformed into vibrant, resilient hubs of youth-led innovation, diversity, participation, and sustainable development. These communities’ aims will evolve into robust Rural Youth Ecosystems that are not just surviving but thriving and actively contributing to local, regional, national, and European well-being. The project aims to connect young people across Europe and provide them with the opportunity to develop their skills and engage in intercultural dialogue.

 

The Training Course will involve 35 youth workers. It will be targeting youth workers and youth leaders based in the countries of the European Union (the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Spain) and the Neighboring countries (Armenia, Albania, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine).
