BRAVO BiH

Become part of a team creating opportunities for young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina and across Europe!

Are you looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience, meet inspiring people, participate in international projects, and make a meaningful impact in your community?

If you want to learn through real-life experience, develop valuable skills, and become part of a team that creates opportunities for young people every day, BRAVO is the place for you.

We are opening applications for new volunteers who would like to join our team and contribute to local, national, and international activities implemented through programmes of the European Union, the Council of Europe, the United Nations, and numerous partner organisations from around the world.

What can you expect as a BRAVO volunteer?

Volunteering at BRAVO is much more than donating a few hours of your time. It is an opportunity to become part of a community of motivated young people who design projects, organise events, and represent Bosnia and Herzegovina across Europe.

Whether you already have volunteering experience or are taking your very first steps into youth work, BRAVO offers a supportive environment where experienced project managers, coordinators, and youth workers will mentor and guide you throughout your journey.

As a BRAVO volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the preparation of educational materials, toolkits, publications, reports, and presentations;
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, youth activities, and educational sessions after receiving appropriate training;
  • Volunteer in our office in Sarajevo or contribute remotely if you live elsewhere;
  • Develop your organisational, communication, leadership, and project management skills through hands-on experience.

What topics will you work on?
