ABOUT THE PROJECT
The YE will be held in Arcuș, Romania between 17-25 June. We would like to carry out this project because people of all ages are suffering from mental and behavioral disorders which are affecting their well-being but also claiming many lives every day. Our project will equip young people aged 18 and 30 with competencies and methods for personal development, enable them to transfer their knowledge to their peers to become healthier and create opportunities for social inclusion. • The overall aim of the project is to learn how to become healthier as well as create opportunities for social inclusion with youth activities
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
- To support participants in gaining a broader perspective on mental and physical health, and to understand the dangers of unhealthy living.
- To improve quality of lives by introducing communities to healthy activities, controlling stress, healthier eating, regular exercise, with interactive and fun activities that will improve their analytical, decision-making, social and language skills.
- To provide participants with the equal opportunity to exchange knowledge, expertise and experience in the field of wellbeing and personal/professional development
- To uncover the participants true potentials, and to inspire them to take more active roles as young multipliers in their communities. – To promote diversity, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, common values of freedom, tolerance and respect of human rights among the participants
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
- People between 16-30 years old
- Able to understand and communicate in the English language
- Open Minded Youth able to work in a multicultural group
- Be willing to be filmed throughout the sessions and workshops of the activities
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVELLING
Participants will be accommodated in Education Center Arcus.

Participants will be accommodated in 2/3 beds rooms, grouped by gender with participants from different countries. All three meals will be provided during the project.
TRAVEL AND COST LIMITS:
Bosnia and Herzegovina – 275€ per participant
