The project is designed for active youngsters and group leaders from 6 countries to raise awareness about misinformation and develop critical thinking and media literacy skills. Activities foreseen are in the frame of: youth projects; civic activism; engagement with the local community. Goals of the project are to:
1. Raise Awareness About Misinformation:
Empower participants to recognize the impact of misinformation and fake news in today’s digital landscape.
2. Develop Critical Thinking Skills:
Encourage young people to question, analyze, and reflect on the information they encounter in various media sources.
3. Enhance Media Literacy:
Equip participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to assess the credibility of sources, identify biased or manipulative content, and become responsible consumers and creators of information.
– All the accommodation and food cost are 100% covered
– Travel costs will be refunded
– Accommodation will be provided in a school dormitory, where participants will be accommodated in basic shared rooms.
