AIM OF THE PROJECT
Erasmus+ Programme; Mobility of Youth Workers Project “Strengthening the Digital Skills of Youth Workers” is designed to create digital identities by enabling youth workers and youth to develop themselves, to be included in the digitalization process and to digitalize non governmental organizations operating in the field of youth in the rapidly advancing technology and digitalization issues that we encounter in almost every area of our lives. Nowadays, when youth work and youth projects have reduced their effectiveness with the COVID-19 Pandemic, digitalization has become a necessity in these areas. Digitalization is one of the strategies that youth work should follow in order to preserve its existence in the future.
This program is funded under the Erasmus+ KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers (YOU) Programme.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
The ideal participants for this project are young people motivated to learn, grow, and forge connections. Participants must demonstrate a readiness to foster personal leadership and inclusion. They should recognize the importance of leadership in creating positive change and be eager to cultivate their leadership skills.
It is created for young people from 18 years who are eager to extend their knowledge, upgrade their skills, and broaden their horizons.
Participants must be able to communicate in English. Participants must attend all training sessions and actively participate in them.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVELLING
During the project participants will be hosted in Hotel in Silivri District of stanbul Province. There will be different rooms (divided by gender) and 2-3 participants will stay at the room. The facility will be equipped with all necessary technical facilities. We also ask you to bring personal things such as your shampoo, gel, etc. All costs related to accommodation and food (3 meals per day; breakfast, lunch & supper, warm drinks in coffee breaks) will be covered by the project budget.
If there will be vegetarian or vegan participants we will also provide food for them depending on their eating choices, diets or special needs if you inform us about your eating habits/allergies through mail before one week from starting to the project implementation.
