Embark on an exciting journey of cultural exploration and sustainable fashion innovation with our Youth Exchange Program in Albania! Over the course of seven days, participants will engage in a diverse range of activities designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, and intercultural understanding.

We are globally facing the challenge of our generation: climate crisis. Extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and biodiversity loss are just a few of the threats posed by a warming planet. The European Union is at the forefront of the global fight against climate change and environmental degradation, becoming a leader in sustainability.

This Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project aims to bring a new perspective on nutrition and health, emphasizing the place and importance of food in our culture. The project addresses the basics of good nutrition, healthy food processing and preparation methods, and encourages cultural exchange by enabling participants from different countries to introduce each other to their traditional dishes.

The project stems from a crucial need to combat overproduction among young Europeans. Our mission is to empower the new generation with knowledge about sustainability and green practices that can be seamlessly integrated into their daily lives. We aspire to cultivate a society that values sustainability and resource efficiency.

Generation Next: Empower your career success! is a youth exchange in the Czech Republic that will be structured for the participants to achieve the objectives of the project as well as individual learning goals. Some of the crucial skills were identified based both on previous research and experience as the ability to create valuable social connections, confidence and a sense of self-worth in order to take risks and developing initiative and taking control over their situation and acting as leaders.

Mindfulness can be described as “the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment”. Nowadays, it is widely used all over the world as a form of relaxation techniques, as well as to reduce stress, or even depression or anxiety. We deeply believe that Mindfulness can be a useful and innovative tool to be used with young people.

“ICE-CREAM for social entrepreneurship” is a uniquely designed training for trainers and youth workers, aimed at development of entrepreneurship skills and competences, increasing the capacity of organizations and youth workers in social projects creation and implementation, raising quality and innovation in youth work and, therefore, bringing significant changes in the societies on the local, national and, where applicable, international levels.
