Last week, participants from 3 organizations, Jugendhilfe und Sozialarbeit e.V. from Germany, Bosnian Representative Association for Valuable Opportunities from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Akdeniz Egitim ve Istihdam Dernegi from Turkey, had an opportunity to hear exciting stories from Poland. Three girls from Bosnia and Herzegovina shared their fun stories from the youth training course „Economic (de)growth“.

Šta su to transverzalne vještine, zbog čega su važne i na koji način ih unaprijediti bila su neka od pitanja
čije su odgovore učesnici konferencije u sklopu projekta BOOST imali priliku čuti.
Tokom ovog događaja predstavljen je jedan od rezultata projekta, e-learning platforma koja će
omogućiti svojim korisnicima kvalitetne informacije.

In the “Improving my leadership skills” project, we learned
about important abilities that every leader should and in some cases
must have to lead a team and reach goals. One of the most important
skills is creativity. Creative leadership is the ability to create and
realize innovative solutions, especially in the face of structurally
complex or changing situations.

Many young people who were keen to learn and advance their expertise attended this seminar. They waited patiently to hear our outstanding guests, who represented five different organizations. Even though each of the five organizations is specialized in a different area of work, they all shared a commitment to improving opportunities for young people to develop, study, travel, and explore.
