BRAVO BiH

From April 13–17, the textile city of Borås, Sweden, became the heart of an inspiring international collaboration under the Second Chance project. Partners from Slovenia (Taka Tuka), Sweden (Drivhuset), Egypt (Galala University), Bosnia and Herzegovina (BRAVO), and Albania (Albanian Skills and Albania Craftsman Education) gathered for a Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) that combined inclusive education, textile design, and entrepreneurship.

The meeting officially kicked off on Monday, April 14, at Drivhuset, where partners reviewed the project’s progress and mapped out the upcoming steps—mobilities, deliverables, and collaboration timelines. The session also featured the “Fair of Ideas”, an online festival celebrating youth creativity and innovation.

After a lunch together, the group dived into KEEP ME!, a campaign development session focused on creating youth-led initiatives for a more sustainable textile industry. Participants brainstormed strategies to raise awareness about the environmental consequences of fast fashion and ways to promote circular practices.

The afternoon wrapped up with sessions on edited sewing patterns, blending creativity with sustainable design. Tuesday, April 15, offered a cultural and professional deep dive, starting with a round tour of Borås, followed by a collaborative afternoon workshop dedicated to the Guidebook: From Idea to Business—a hands-on tool for aspiring young entrepreneurs.

On Wednesday, April 16, the group talked about Innovation Camp in Ljubljana. The afternoon was reserved for evaluation and follow-up, ensuring that each idea and initiative from Borås would be carried forward with intention and care.

The meeting concluded on Thursday, April 17, as partners departed, energized by new insights, connections, and a shared commitment to creating second chances for youth and the planet alike. This TPM was not just a meeting,it was a creative and strategic hub of change. Stay tuned for more updates from the Second Chance project as it continues to empower young people through sustainability, entrepreneurship, and inclusive education.
