A youth project focused on improving mental well-being through yoga and mindfulness, helping young people manage stress, regulate emotions, and build resilience. Through practical workshops, group activities, and community engagement, participants gain tools for healthier lifestyles and long-term personal growth.

Programme Overview:
Supporting young people’s mental well-being through non-formal learning, helping them manage stress and emotions with yoga and mindfulness.
Participant Contribution:
Participants are expected to actively participate in all sessions, contribute to discussions and group work, respect group rules, and supportaninclusivelearningenvironment.
The Cultural Evening is a participant-led activity where groups present elements of their culture, such as traditions, music, dances, games, symbols, and food. Participants actively contribute by sharing cultural practices and foods, to break stereotypes and strengthen understanding and respect among different cultures.
