We have finished another transnational project meeting of the “Sharing – Design Your Job”. From the 19th to the 21st of May, this gathering took place in Foligno, Italy, where esteemed representatives from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Latvia, and Italy converged.

The aim of our project is to inform young people aged 18-30 about their own hiking capabilities, Camino de Santiago, and Camino Estonia hiking trails, all while using non-formal methods to teach about maintaining mental health, problems, and solutions.

The Little Prince – a Personal Journey” is an Erasmus+ project which addresses young people’s need of learning different instruments for identifying mechanisms of resilience and coping with new challenges, as well as accepting the change, since they usually come out of the educational systems not so much focused on emotional intelligence development and human connection.

Volunteers will have a chance to experience life in Bosnia and Herzegovina while engaging in volunteering activities with a humanitarian character. During this two-month program, participants will engage in a variety of activities, including volunteering in migration camps, an elderly center, a kindergarten, and a center for children with autism.

As youth workers, and youth leaders we work directly with young people and of course, we cannot know all the details as family life, religion, cultural background, etc. of our target group. So, several times we don’t want and we can hurt.

The YE will be held in Arcuș, Romania between 17-25 June. We would like to carry out this project because people of all ages are suffering from mental and behavioral disorders which are affecting their well-being but also claiming many lives every day.

The experience of becoming digitally conscious through the youth exchange was truly beautiful. The organization of the project was executed exceptionally well, and I formed meaningful connections with every person involved. Participating in this type of project ignited a passion within me for project work, and I am eager to continue exploring similar opportunities.

As we already mentioned we will bring more workshops regarding IT skills. So here we are, another workshop was held under the project “Sharing Design Your Job” by Bosnian participants of the training course “Basic UX Design”.
