The “Focus on Sport for Environmental Sustainability” project is designed to educate and empower young people by highlighting the crucial role sports can play in promoting environmental sustainability. This initiative aims to broaden the understanding of critical environmental issues among participants, specifically focusing on climate change, global warming, and the intricacies of the EU Green Deal. By doing so, it seeks to elevate awareness about the environmental challenges we face globally.

Mindfulness can be described as “the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment”. Nowadays, it is widely used all over the world as a form of relaxation techniques, as well as to reduce stress, or even depression or anxiety. We deeply believe that Mindfulness can be a useful and innovative tool to be used with young people.

The project aims to nurture the creativity of passionate young individuals with a keen interest in cinema. Throughout a 5-day residency, participants will embark on a journey of artistic exploration, developing short films that delve into important social themes. This initiative not only nurtures their artistic talents but also equips them with practical skills essential for bringing their creative visions to life.

The Youth Exchange is a chance for young people from Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Bosnia, Latvia, and Spain to come together and learn from each other. The project focuses on developing personal aliveness and self-expression. That means encouraging young people to be themselves and express their thoughts and feelings in their own unique way.

The project’s primary goal is to foster the reduction of the disparity between men and women in professional sectors. Through the project, Youth Workers will have the opportunity to enhance their awareness and competencies in recognizing and addressing gender inequalities, and they could share their skills with women and people of their communities. They will also acquire skills related to female entrepreneurship, and this will be useful for doing some sessions of job shadowing in their communities.
