NURTURE follows a person-centred pathway that connects young people with real work and guidance. It begins with career counselling and careful matching, continues with an 80-hour mentored apprenticeship, and builds in ongoing monitoring and feedback, ending with formal recognition of learning.

The training course held in Ljubljana from 25th until 30th of November 2025, as part of the Second Chance project brought together young, motivated participants with the goal of empowering them to develop and present their ideas in an international environment. The Mid-Term Meeting of the Erasmus+ Youth project Youth4Values was successfully held in Podgorica, Montenegro, from 28th until 30th of November, bringing together project partners from different European regions to review progress, assess achievements, and plan the next phases of implementation.
Because of these problems, our project sets clear goals and targets: build critical thinking and media literacy, improve digital and soft skills, and promote EU values and active citizenship. We will run six rounds of activities from 2023–2025 to reach these goals and at least 500 young people (with at least 250 facing extra barriers).

The University of Sarajevo hosted the official Kick-off Meeting of the Erasmus+ CBHE project AHEDIS – Advancing Higher Education through Digital Innovation and Smart Technologies on 26 November 2025. The event marked the formal start of a three-year regional initiative aimed at modernizing higher education systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
On 11 November 2025, FASTO UNSA hosted guest lectures aimed at implementing and sharing the knowledge acquired during previous training sessions. The event featured lecturers from FSFV as well as FASTO UNSA lecturers who completed their training at FSFV in October, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations in the field of adaptive physical activity and swimming for people with disabilities.
The 404 Youth.exe project is off to a strong start, bringing together 404 young people from Portugal, Turkey, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Lithuania on a shared mission: to develop advanced digital skills and foster an entrepreneurial mindset. On October 2nd, the final meeting of the Train 4 Family project was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the SoHo Center. During the meeting, we went through the main points of the project, including the evaluation report, the results of the Pilot Program, and a discussion about the overall training process for children with disabilities. The direct beneficiaries of the project are the 30 youth workers from the 10 partner organizations that deal with communication / want to develop specific skills in the field of communication and public relations online, which have decision-making power in organizations (to develop framework documents such as the Communication Strategy) or handling fundraising and networking activities.
In addition to the three constitutive nations, 17 national minorities live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, among which the Roma are the most numerous and most vulnerable population. No minority in BiH is in such a problematic and difficult social position, living on the margins of society, often without basic human rights.
Women’s economic empowerment is an essential asset to achieving gender equality. However, in most countries, worldwide men outnumber women in leadership positions in every sector globally, including business, non-profits, government, education, medicine, the military, and religion.

Learning objectives of the 2nd TC are:
– Exchange of experience and good practice in youth work, related to international/local migration and mobility and its influence on young people in Europe;
