The AI4NEET (Enhancing Employability of NEETs through Artificial Intelligence) project aims to address one of the most pressing challenges in Europe today – supporting young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEETs) in re-entering education, training and the labour market through innovative, digital and AI-based solutions.

BRAVO is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ Open Call for Training Course “CULTURAL AWARENESS AND SOCIAL INCLUSION THROUGH DRAMATIC ARTS” in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania. Our project aims to train youth workers capable of using theatrical techniques such as Stanislavski Theatre (psychological theatre), theatrical improvisation methods and pantomime methods to support addressing the needs of minority youth, including migrants and refugees.

BRAVO is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ Open Call for Training Course “ACTING FOR CHANGE” in Șimon, Romania. “ACTING FOR CHANGE: theatre and film as tools for rural youth work” is an international Erasmus+ training course for youth workers, designed to strengthen the capacity of professionals working with young people from rural areas to use theatre and film as non- formal education tools for participation, inclusion, self-expression, and community engagement.

BRAVO is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “YouthInnoSport” in Zonguldak, Turkiye. The YouthInnoSport project was developed in response to the growing need to support young people’s employability and entrepreneurial skills through innovative and engaging tools such as sport.

Coaches, teammates, managers, and volunteers all help shape the opportunities available within a sports club. Men in these roles can contribute to gender equality through everyday decisions: whose ideas receive attention, who is offered responsibility, and how achievements are recognised.

BRAVO is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ ESC “Creative Connections 2.0” in Sofia, Bulgaria. The project Creative Connections aims to raise tolerance, break stereotypes and promote understanding among cultures. During the project “Values, Virtues, Integrity” Foundation will host in Sofia, Bulgaria two international volunteers between 18 and 30 years old for- 333 days total funded.

BRAVO invites professionals, practitioners, and experts working with athletes to take part in an important survey supporting the Sports Talent and Career Reinvention (STAR) project, coordinated by the Confederation of European Senior Expert Services (CESES).

BRAVO is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ Learning, training and teaching activity “DIGITAL COOPERATION AND SHARING TRAINING PROGRAM FOR CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS” in Skopje, North Macedonia. The project delivers several key outputs, including comprehensive digital literacy and cybersecurity training modules, specialized trainings designed for disadvantaged and disabled groups.

BRAVO, in cooperation with “Fondacija poduzetnika u BiH” implemented this project in Lithuania and brought together young people from Spain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Georgia, and Lithuania. Its core aim was to explore how nature-based, experiential learning methods can support the development of entrepreneurial mindsets among young people, while also providing youth workers with practical tools they can transfer to their local contexts.

We are pleased to announce the selected participants for the Training Course “Entrepreneurship Education in the Digital Age” which will take place from January 24th to February 10th, 2026, in Hungary. Entrepreneurship Education in the Digital Age is an international training course designed for youth workers, trainers, and educators who work with young people or are motivated to do so.

At the sixth international meeting, participants reviewed the first developed recommendations for their National Action Plans. The focus was on

NURTURE follows a person-centred pathway that connects young people with real work and guidance. It begins with career counselling and careful matching, continues with an 80-hour mentored apprenticeship, and builds in ongoing monitoring and feedback, ending with formal recognition of learning.

An adult learner completes an assignment, receives a score, and still has questions. What did they do well? Where did they make a mistake? What should they practice next?

Training fees, equipment, competition travel, and accommodation can all form part of an athlete’s sporting commitments. For young women balancing sport and education,
understanding how to access financial support can be an important part of planning their development.

The project explores how language structures our reality and how becoming aware of our patterns allows us to communicate with more clarity, intention, and impact. This training empowers participants to navigate both human communication and AI interaction with awareness, creativity, and control.

Entrepreneurship Education in the Digital Age is an international training course designed for youth workers, trainers and educators who work with young people or are motivated to do so.

“I met many new people from different countries and I actually made a lot of new friends. Everyone was very open, friendly and ready to talk to, so it was easy to connect. During the sessions, I learned the main steps of preparing and leading a workshop. I understood how to communicate with young people, how to keep their attention.
