The University of Sarajevo hosted the official Kick-off Meeting of the Erasmus+ CBHE project AHEDIS – Advancing Higher Education through Digital Innovation and Smart Technologies on 26 November 2025. The event marked the formal start of a three-year regional initiative aimed at modernizing higher education systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
On 11 November 2025, FASTO UNSA hosted guest lectures aimed at implementing and sharing the knowledge acquired during previous training sessions. The event featured lecturers from FSFV as well as FASTO UNSA lecturers who completed their training at FSFV in October, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations in the field of adaptive physical activity and swimming for people with disabilities.

On October 2nd, the final meeting of the Train 4 Family project was held in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the SoHo Center. As global environmental challenges intensify, Bosnia, Poland, and North Macedonia are uniting to champion sustainability through the principles of the circular economy, plastic craftwork, and co-design. This collaborative project aims to foster eco-friendly innovation and community empowerment by drawing inspiration from successful initiatives in other countries, such as Tunisia’s vibrant second-hand clothing industry. Building on each country’s unique strengths and perspectives, this partnership aims to create a model of sustainable development that can be replicated elsewhere.

First Learning Teaching Training under the name of “Green and Digital Skills” within the project was held in the beautiful Trondheim, Norway from 10th to 16th of July. Women’s economic empowerment is an essential asset to achieving gender equality. However, in most countries, worldwide men outnumber women in leadership positions in every sector globally, including business, non-profits, government, education, medicine, the military, and religion.
Recalling our last training course, from 5.3. until 13.3, we had the opportunity to host 20 young people from six countries, who learned about Basic UX design. On the 15th of November #BRAVO held four workshops in Richmond Park School College, with High School students in Sarajevo, talking, discussing about the topic of the project AHEAD. As part of the Awareness campaign, we have successfully held a second workshop with the students of 3rd grade and 15 students were able to express their own point of views as well as to be informed about hate speech towards migrants, Roma community and other vulnerable groups.

In the period from 3rd till 8th February, the director of BRAVO, Ismail Šehić, attended a kick-off meeting in Istanbul, Turkiye, of the aforementioned project.
