Development of Youth Projects for Inclusion” is a youth workers’ mobility activity which will take place in Gaziantep/Türkiye between 15-22 April 2024. During the project, 30 youth workers from partner countries will attend this one week activity to have more information about Erasmus+ projects especially youth projects to be more experienced about youth works, to have learning experience in the youth work field

The project is aiming to empower rural communities and transform them into comprehensive, inclusive, resilient, and self-sustaining Youth Ecosystems by fostering a culture of youth participation, leadership, and innovation and facilitating alignment with local, national, and European policy frameworks. The project envisions a future where rural communities across Europe are transformed into vibrant, resilient hubs of youth-led innovation, diversity, participation, and sustainable development.

The project aims to empower young individuals to become active agents of change in the face of environmental challenges. By fostering awareness, building practical skills, and encouraging a positive shift in attitudes, the project envisions a future where youth actively contribute to creating a sustainable and eco-friendly world.

The project will help participants understand their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth, fostering self-awareness crucial for entrepreneurial success. It will enhance participants’ communication abilities, emphasizing effective communication strategies vital for networking, pitching ideas, and building successful business relationships. It will guide participants through the process of creating a business plan, providing a roadmap for their entrepreneurial journey.
