The Antalya Turkuaz Youth Association is a dynamic and impactful organization committed to empowering the youth of Antalya. Through a diverse array of programs and activities, the association fosters personal growth, cultural awareness, and active community engagement.
This project, funded under the Erasmus+ Programme, aimed to improve the employability of women aged 18 to 30 from rural backgrounds. By equipping them with essential digital communication skills, the project prepares them for employment in the non-profit sector addressing a significant skills gap while promoting gender equality and rural development.
This initiative, dedicated to enhancing digital competencies among young people, drew in audience of around 50 participants, including educators, youth representatives, and youth. The event underscored the transformative power of digital education and unveiled the project’s next exciting phase.

Fostering empathy and inspiring change: AHEAD local meeting with public authorities in Zenica
Unfortunately, we live in a world where equality is just a concept as many people face discrimination and prejudice daily. The goal of the local meeting in Zenica was exactly that, to educate young people about ways they can contribute to marginalized groups and thus, build a more inclusive, accepting society. Through this event, young people had an amazing chance to learn about different forms of discrimination and the urgency of promoting equality in all aspects of our society.

This project aims to promote social inclusion through sports activities and raise awareness of the important role of sports in everyday life. It distinguishes between using sports as an educational tool for working with children and youth and as a mechanism to promote positive values and education of sports workers and coaches. Project AHEAD – Radionica u Bihaću
BRAVO dolazi u Bihać! Iskoristi ovu odličnu priliku da nam se pridružiš u Bihaću gdje ćemo zajedno učiti o poziciji i pravima marginaliziranih skupina. Upravo ova radionica se implementira u sklopu Erasmus+ projekta ‘’AHEAD’’ koji nastoji potaknuti mlade osobe na borbu protiv govora mržnje, netolerancije i drugih oblika diskriminacije prema marginaliziranim skupinama.
SHARING DESIGN YOUR JOB Final Transnational Project meeting
From February 5th to 7th in Tirana, Albania, partners from Italy, Latvia, Montenegro, Albania, Serbia, and representatives from BRAVO met to wrap up activities of the project “Sharing Design Your Job” (SDYJ). This initiative, which began with its implementation in March 2022 with a meeting in Sarajevo, aimed to create and test new ICT education programs and methodologies suitable for the systematic pre-qualification and re-training of unemployed or marginalized young people. This edition marked a continuation of the “Design Your Job” (DYJ) initiative, under which four projects had already been developed.

AHEAD Public Debates in Zenica
Who doesn’t love a good public debate? On February 9th, we implemented AHEAD public debates at the Second Gymnasium in Zenica. Over 30 young participants engaged in debates covering the topic of the position of marginalized groups.
Odlična prilika za razvoj novih vještina – Trening za pisanje EU projekata
BRAVO u suradnji sa UG Može bolje sa ponosom najavljuje trening pod nazivom ‘’Trening za pisanje EU projekata’’, koji će biti vođen od strane Ismaila Šehića, direktora BRAVO organizacije, direktora i osnivača Fondacije poduzetnika u BiH i Brain Tank CEO. Selection Results for Training Course “Colors of Europe” in Vilnius, Lithuania
The project recognizes the need for youth workers to enhance their competencies, ensuring they are well-prepared to address the challenges of hate speech. By incorporating innovative youth work methods and tools, the training course aims to provide practical strategies for navigating and transforming instances of hate speech. The emphasis is not solely on reactive measures but on proactively engaging in a transformative process that challenges the roots of discriminatory attitudes.
DIGIVOGUI: Transproject Meeting
In the city of Tirana, Albania, partners gathered for a meeting centered around DIGIVOUGI, a project about vocal guidance and youth empowerment. Against the backdrop of Tirana’s rich cultural heritage, participants engaged in dynamic discussions, presentations, and collaborative sessions. The meeting had focus on monitoring project progress at management and coordination levels, led by Psientifíca. Deliberations underscored the importance of systematic review and evaluation mechanisms to ensure alignment with project objectives and foster transparency among partners.

The study visit to Austria, held from January 29th to February 2nd, 2024, was truly a remarkable experience of collaboration and knowledge exchange. A diverse cohort of participants representing Info Centres and Contact Points from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Ukraine as well as representatives from SALTO EuroMed and SALTO EECA, came together to explore innovative approaches in youth work and cooperation.
