BRAVO BiH

In the month of May, we witnessed numerous events and achievements!

The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) held an inspiring Job Fair on Friday, May 17, 2024, as part of the IUS Spring Festival. The event brought together around 25 well-known companies, providing IUS students with an excellent opportunity to connect with the business community of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and explore various job opportunities. The Job Fair was a crucial venue for student interaction with potential employers, finding professional perspectives, and understanding the dynamics of the labor market in BiH.
As the BRAVO BiH organization, we were also honored to participate in the fair, where our representatives welcomed a large number of young people interested in our organization’s work, Erasmus+ projects, and the atmosphere among members. We explained to the youth the main goals of BRAVO, the opportunities we as an organization provide, and how they can easily impact their lives.

Later in the month, as members of BRAVO BiH, we had a significant impact at the Career Leap Summit 2024, held in Sarajevo on May 25 and 26. The Summit, dedicated to topics such as digital transformation, sustainability in business and innovations in education, was a perfect platform for our organization to present our initiatives. Through interactive presentations and personal stories, visitors were able to learn about the programs BRAVO BiH offers, including opportunities for international exchanges and professional training.

One of the significant events in May was the signing of a cooperation agreement between BRAVO BiH and the Swimming Club Spid (PK Spid), the first and only swimming club in BiH for children with special needs. The signing ceremony took place on May 23, 2024, in Sarajevo. The agreement aims to improve sports activities for children with special needs, providing them with opportunities for physical development, socialization, and inclusion. This collaboration will support PK Spid through various projects, education, and training, and will encourage the wider community to recognize and support the importance of inclusive sports.
