BRAVO BiH

The WARM consortium recently came together for a productive project meeting to review progress, discuss the feedback received on the interim reports, and align on the next steps for the successful implementation of the project.

The meeting provided an important opportunity for partners to reflect on the progress achieved so far and carefully consider the recommendations received during the interim reporting process.

By reviewing the feedback collectively, the consortium identified key areas for improvement and agreed on actions to strengthen project implementation while ensuring that upcoming activities continue to meet the project’s objectives and quality standards.

A significant part of the meeting focused on planning the next phase of the project. Partners discussed upcoming milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring that all activities remain well coordinated and that responsibilities are clearly defined across the consortium. Open dialogue and collaborative decision-making enabled partners to share updates, address challenges, and identify opportunities to maximise the project’s impact.

The consortium also emphasised the importance of dissemination and communication activities in ensuring that the project’s outcomes reach a broad and diverse audience. Partners discussed strategies for increasing the visibility of the WARM project, engaging stakeholders, and encouraging wider participation in project activities. As part of these efforts, the recently launched WARM Forum was highlighted as a valuable platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange, offering a space where researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and members of the public can discuss eco-anxiety, share experiences, and contribute to meaningful conversations surrounding the project’s themes.

❝  In addition, the meeting revisited partner responsibilities for the coming months, confirming individual tasks and ensuring that each organisation is well positioned to contribute its expertise to the project’s continued success.

This collaborative approach remains one of the WARM project’s greatest strengths, fostering effective cooperation and shared ownership of project outcomes.

Regular consortium meetings play a vital role in maintaining transparency, effective communication, and strong collaboration among all partners. By continuously reviewing progress, coordinating activities, and reinforcing the importance of dissemination and stakeholder engagement, the WARM consortium remains committed to delivering meaningful results and raising awareness of eco-anxiety through research, innovation, and cooperation.

We thank all project partners for their valuable contributions, active participation, and continued commitment to advancing the WARM project. Together, we are building a stronger, more connected community dedicated to understanding and addressing the emotional impacts of climate change.
