Within the framework of the DevelopMENS project, the second training titled “Virtual Exchange – Training for Trainers” has been successfully implemented, bringing together youth workers, trainers, and educators from different European countries.
The main aim of the training was to strengthen the competencies of trainers in the field of non-formal education, while also fostering the exchange of experiences and good practices in working with young people through innovative and digital learning approaches.
Throughout the interactive online sessions, participants explored key project topics, including Self-Determination Theory, the development of critical thinking, media literacy, and the strengthening of soft skills among young people. A special focus was placed on how these methods can be applied in everyday youth work and how to design engaging, inclusive, and motivating educational activities.
The training also provided participants with the opportunity to enhance their facilitation skills through collaborative work, discussions, and practical examples, while also connecting with peers from different countries and opening space for future cooperation.
This second training marks an important step in the implementation of the DevelopMENS project, which aims to empower young people’s personal and social development through modern learning methods and international collaboration.
BRAVO BiH continues to implement activities that contribute to the empowerment of young people and educators through innovative educational programs and international projects.
