Our amazing participants are currently attending the Training Course ”The Great Resignation” in Bucharest, Romania, along with their peers from all parts of Europe. This training course provides an excellent opportunity for participants to learn through informal means and actively engage in the process.
This project addresses the “Great Resignation” phenomenon and the need for new work dynamics. Through the engaging activities, participants are deepening their knowledge and understanding of the necessary tools to navigate and thrive in the changing world of work. By taking part in interactive sessions, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants are gaining new knowledge, upgrading their skills, and broadening their horizons.
It is safe to say that participants are being pushed to seek discomfort and reach their full potential. They are gaining new views on people’s values, expectations, and career paths. Why is this training course so special? Well, traditional work models are being challenged as new dynamics emerge.
By the end of this course, participants will have a holistic view of the ongoing shifts in the world of work, equipped with the strategies and insights to turn challenges into opportunities. This training course provides a toolkit for individuals to navigate this new landscape successfully, embracing dignity, flexibility, work-life balance, and prioritizing mental health. By adapting to these changes, participants can not only thrive but also contribute to the creation of a more fulfilling and sustainable future of work.
Participants had the opportunity to film podcasts and work with professionals to raise awareness about the topic. They also got the opportunity to learn about toxic work environments and ways to protect themselves. The thing that makes this project amazing as it is and pushes participants to do their best, is the harmony between them and the intercultural aspect of the learning environment.
The project is not over yet, but the participants have already described it as an experience that has the potential to change their lives forever. In fact, their lives are being changed as they are being part of one beautiful Erasmus+ story that promotes empathy, mutual understanding, intercultural learning and life-long friendships.
