‘’I had the privilege of participating in this project, and I can’t express enough how much I enjoyed every aspect of it. As someone new to this kind of experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the engaging activities and the valuable insights provided throughout the course. What makes this project truly special is its ability to make you reflect on your future and the choices you have, especially in a world where the dynamics of work are rapidly changing. It has been a profound journey for me, as I’m facing the possibility of becoming a NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) shortly. This project has not only opened my eyes to the opportunities available but also equipped me with the tools to make informed decisions. I’m immensely grateful for the opportunity to be part of this initiative, and I believe it has set me on a path to a more promising and fulfilling future. This project is a game-changer, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation looking for guidance and inspiration.’’ – Nejra Bičo

‘’In the period from 18.10-26.10. I had the opportunity to be part of the project “The Great Resignation” that took place in sunny Bucharest. This was my first Erasmus+ project and now I’m sure it won’t be the last. Honestly, before the project, I was scared because I didn’t know what to expect and what kind of people I would be with, but the beginning of the first day reassured me. It was an amazing project where we discussed many topics surrounding The Great Resignation and thanks to this Erasmus+ E.U. funded opportunity, we had the chance to learn a lot from each other. Moreover, I had the chance to do my first podcast with two beautiful girls from Montenegro and the Republic of Moldova on the topic “Youth support”! The main point of our podcast is support for youth in our country. Sadly, the photos and video cannot faithfully represent the amazing dynamic we built during this project. I have to add that the C.O.S. My team was perfect and they put all their energy into making us feel comfortable during the project. I gained a lot of new knowledge and friends for life. This will surely be an unforgettable experience for me.’’ – Tatjana Novaković

‘’ The training course “The Great Resignation” was a unique opportunity to gain new perspectives regarding current phenomena in organizational settings. Recent global socio-economic events contributed to insights into the need for new trajectories in the labor market, especially for young individuals. They are in quest of formulating their own private and professional identity; hence, perspective questioning traditional organizational models surely contributes to enrichment in seeking and understanding of youth’s own needs, meaning, and purpose within circumstances of the contemporary world. The training was held in the heart of Bucharest, Romania, and offered improvement of the capacity of 20 youth workers with diverse multicultural backgrounds to engage with youngsters in their communities, while prioritizing mental health. Education aimed at soft skills improvement exercises with practical application capacity, visits to the youth center, and discussion with professionals, as well as the inclusion of digital tools (podcast recording) was excellently constructed in framing innovative ways to tackle the “great resignation” effects. Knowledge exchange, perspectives, and insights were dynamic and beneficial, high professionalism from the hosting organization and generously shared knowledge and experiences from trainers amplified the significance of this experience. An additional beauty came from the training location itself- Bucharest- a gorgeous city with astonishing historical and cultural heritage. From the heart big recommendation for this training’’ – Nejra Mustoo
