As part of the MYndTheater project, a stakeholder meeting was organised with representatives of different organisations working with young people, education, youth development, and related fields.
The meeting brought together stakeholders with different experiences and perspectives, creating an opportunity for knowledge sharing, discussion, and networking around issues relevant to young people and the challenges they face in today’s digital environment.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to the MYndTheater project, its objectives, methodology, and activities, with a particular focus on the use of Forum Theatre as a creative and participatory approach for working with young people.
The stakeholders also had the opportunity to learn more about the research carried out within the project and the key findings related to young people’s experiences, needs, and challenges. The discussion provided valuable insights from organisations working directly with young people and offered an opportunity to connect the research findings with experiences from the field.
A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to discussing how creative and participatory methods, such as Forum Theatre, can support young people in expressing their experiences, developing critical thinking, encouraging dialogue, and exploring possible responses to challenging situations.
The meeting also encouraged participants to exchange ideas about future cooperation and ways in which organisations can continue to support young people through innovative approaches and meaningful participation.
Bringing together stakeholders from different organisations was an important step in strengthening cooperation and creating connections between organisations working towards similar goals. The meeting contributed to the wider MYndTheater objective of promoting youth participation, dialogue, creativity, and the development of tools that respond to the challenges young people face in their everyday lives.
