DevelopMENS project
Within the DevelopMENS project, soft skills development is one of the four key learning areas designed to prepare young people for both professional careers and active participation in society. The project encourages learners to strengthen competencies such as communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, adaptability, conflict resolution, time management, and decision-making.
The DevelopMENS platform offers a variety of interactive learning resources that allow participants to practice these skills through real-life scenarios, collaborative activities, self-assessment exercises, and practical examples. Rather than focusing solely on theoretical knowledge, the platform encourages learners to reflect on their experiences and apply new competencies in everyday situations.
Developing strong soft skills helps individuals build meaningful relationships, communicate more effectively across cultures, manage challenges with confidence, and work successfully in diverse teams.
