Cultural minorities are often the first to face isolation, prejudice and conflict in their communities. This training responds by equipping practitioners who work with vulnerable and socially marginalised multi-ethnic young people with practical intercultural, inclusion and peacebuilding competences.

Main Aim – Build cross-cultural awareness and diversity as foundations for peace, while exchanging effective practices for peaceful and nonviolent social action in youth work.

The course will:

• strengthen intercultural communication and negotiation
• explore constructive responses to isolation and disputes
• promote meaningful youth participation and multicultural dialogue
• introduce peacebuilding, non-violent action and learning-by-doing
