On 31 October 2026, Mostar will host an international orienteering race organised a part of the Erasmus+ ORIUNITE project.

The race is organised by the Federation for Sport and Recreation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Orienteering Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, bringing together participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Hungary, Croatia, Germany and Cyprus.

The race starts at 11:00, and participation is completely free.
Sport, Fun and Discovering Mostar
Orienteering combines physical activity, navigation, map reading and quick decisionmaking. This makes the race much more than a traditional sporting event.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore Mostar in a fun and active way, meet new people and spend time with participants from different European countries.
Â
No previous orienteering experience is required, so newcomers to the sport are welcome.
Medals, Certificates and Prizes
All participants will receive medals and certificates of participation as a memento of the ORIUNITE event in Mostar.

In addition, special prizes will be awarded to the participants with best time.
Â
The event aims to promote physical activity, social connections, international cooperation and discovering the city through sport.
