From March 25th to 29th, 2025, four representatives from BRAVO actively participated in the Learning, Teaching, Training (LTT) activity held as part of the KA220 project titled Civil Society Initiatives Strengthened with Information and Data Security. The event took place at SETA Istanbul, located in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul.
Purpose of the LTT Activity
The LTT activity aimed to enhance the capacities of civil society organizations by focusing on important topics such as information and data security. This initiative is part of a broader effort to empower organizations to operate more effectively and securely in the digital age. The program was designed to provide participants with theoretical knowledge and practical tools to address modern challenges in data protection and cybersecurity.
Key topics covered during the five-day event included:
- Introduction to Information Security: An overview of fundamental principles and best practices.
- Data Protection Strategies: Techniques for safeguarding sensitive information.
- Cybersecurity Challenges: Addressing common threats faced by civil society organizations.
- Interactive Workshops: Hands-on activities that allowed participants to apply their knowledge in simulated scenarios.
The sessions were led by experts in the field, so all attendees gained valuable insights and practical skills relevant to their organizational contexts, which can be used in daily work.
