We are pleased to announce the selected participants for the Youth Exchange “Outdoor Way”, which will take place from October 29th to November 6th, 2026, in Loutraki, Greece.
This project, hosted by Hope of Youth in cooperation with the sending organization SZSR FBiH (Savez za sport I rekreaciju Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine), is supported and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. The Youth Exchange will bring together young people from Greece, Spain, Poland, Türkiye, and Bosnia and Herzegovina to explore healthy lifestyles, environmental sustainability, mindfulness, and outdoor learning through non-formal education.
Selected Participants
Representing SZSR FBiH and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following participants have been selected to take part in this international Youth Exchange:

The participants were selected based on their motivation, interest in the project’s objectives, previous engagement, readiness to actively contribute to all activities, and their commitment to promoting the project’s results after returning to their local communities.
About the Project
“Outdoor Way” is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange designed to encourage young people to adopt healthier lifestyles while strengthening their connection with nature, personal well-being, and environmental responsibility.
Throughout the exchange, participants will take part in a wide range of activities, including:
- Hiking and outdoor exploration
- Nature walks and ecotherapy activities
- Mindfulness and well-being sessions
- Team-building challenges
- Non-formal education workshops
- Creative reflection activities
- Intercultural evenings and cultural exchange
The project aims to promote mental well-being, environmental awareness, social inclusion, and active citizenship while providing participants with practical skills that they can apply in their everyday lives and local communities.
Participant Profile
The project is intended for young people who:
- Are interested in mental health, mindfulness, and personal well-being;
- Care about environmental sustainability and outdoor education;
- Are motivated to participate in intercultural learning;
- Are open to teamwork and non-formal learning methods;
- Wish to develop new competences while building international friendships;
- Have sufficient English language skills to actively participate in the programme.

Important Notes
- Accommodation, meals, and local transportation during the activity will be fully covered by the organizers.
- Travel costs will be reimbursed in accordance with the Erasmus+ Programme rules and the financial guidelines provided by the hosting organization.
- Participants are expected to actively attend and contribute to all sessions, workshops, and outdoor activities throughout the entire Youth Exchange.
- Following the project, participants will be expected to disseminate the knowledge and experiences gained by contributing to SZSR FBiH local activities and youth initiatives.
