About the Project
The aim of the “From Silence to Strength” project is to raise young people’s awareness of and actively engage them in the prevention and fight against gender-based violence and violence against women. Through non-formal learning, interactive workshops, experiential activities, art, and intercultural cooperation, participants will have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the different forms and causes of violence against women, as well as its impact at both individual and societal levels. The project seeks to strengthen young people’s social awareness and encourage them to contribute to building a society free from violence and discrimination.
Through their participation, young people will gain a better understanding of the different forms and consequences of abuse, develop empathy, and strengthen their ability to recognize and respond to incidents of violence. At the same time, they will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and good practices with other young people, while developing their creativity, self-confidence, and active participation. Through this experience, they will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become agents of positive change in their communities and promote a message of zero tolerance towards violence.
