Sport teaches children that success is rarely achieved alone. Whether playing bocce, skiing, traditional wrestling, or participating in adapted games, teamwork becomes an essential part of every activity.
Children learn to communicate clearly. They learn to encourage teammates during difficult moments.
They discover that helping someone else often strengthens the entire team. These lessons extend far beyond sport.
Teamwork prepares children for school projects, future careers, and everyday relationships. It teaches responsibility, respect, leadership, and problem-solving.
Within the UniTos project, children from four countries will experience teamwork in an international environment. They will meet peers from different cultures and discover that cooperation is possible even when people speak different languages or have different abilities.
The skills they develop today will remain valuable throughout their lives.
