About the Project
Eco-Narratives is an Erasmus+ youth participation project that transforms environmental concerns into stories, campaigns, and democratic participation. Through storytelling, creative expression, digital communication, environmental learning, and youth advocacy, participants from Austria, Poland, Türkiye, and Bosnia and Herzegovina develop tools to turn personal experiences into powerful narratives.
The Project Journey
Mobility 1: Building Eco-Stories
Austria — creative storytelling methods. Learn to craft personal eco-stories through writing, art, and digital expression. The foundation for all that follows.
Mobility 2: From Story to Campaign
Poland — local campaigns and advocacy. Transform your story into action: plan campaigns, engage communities, and build momentum for green change.
Mobility 3: Voices to Decision-Makers
Türkiye — public speaking and negotiation. Develop skills to present your story to leaders, advocate for environmental policy, and amplify youth voices.
Mobility 4: Spreading the Green Voice
Bosnia and Herzegovina — final toolkit and ambassador role. Co-create the Digital EcoNarratives Toolkit and prepare to train others as green storytellers.
Why Are We Here?
During the first mobility, we will:
- Explore our personal relationships with nature and environmental change.
- Learn how stories can inspire awareness and civic action.
- Express eco-emotions through writing, art, collage, and digital media.
- Develop basic storytelling and creative communication skills.
- Practise active listening and constructive feedback.
- Learn to use tools such as Canva and CapCut for digital storytelling.
- Identify environmental themes shared across our countries.
- Turn individual stories into initial ideas for local green action.
- Strengthen intercultural communication, teamwork, and confidence.
- Prepare a local follow-up activity to share the learning with other young people.
Participant Profile
- Live in one of the partner countries.
- Are interested in environmental issues, sustainability, creativity, storytelling, digital media, or youth participation.
- Want to better understand and communicate environmental experiences.
- Are motivated to work in an intercultural group.
- Are willing to participate actively throughout the full programme.
- Are ready to contribute to a local follow-up activity after returning home.
- Can communicate in basic or intermediate English.
- Are open to reflection, creative experimentation, and teamwork.
- Citizens and/or residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina only

- Complete the BRAVO- APPLICATION FORM with in English title as following ”name of the project you are applying for” until 23:59 on deadline day.
