On 22 June, the YouthEXE consortium held its 6th project meeting, bringing together project partners to review ongoing activities and coordinate the next phase of project implementation.
The meeting served as an important opportunity to strengthen collaboration, monitor progress, and ensure that all partners remain aligned as the project moves forward.
A key focus of the meeting was the preparation of the upcoming YouthEXE hackathons. Partners discussed the organisation of the events, timelines, participant engagement, and the responsibilities of each consortium member to ensure the successful delivery of these collaborative activities.
The hackathons will provide participants with an opportunity to work together, develop innovative ideas, and apply the knowledge and skills promoted through the project.
The consortium also dedicated significant attention to promotional and dissemination activities. Partners reviewed communication plans and explored strategies to increase the visibility of the project and its upcoming events. Ensuring that young people, educators, youth workers, and other stakeholders are aware of the opportunities offered through YouthEXE remains a key priority, and coordinated promotional efforts will play an essential role in achieving broad participation and lasting project impact.
In addition, partners shared updates on their ongoing work and confirmed the next steps leading up to the hackathons.
