The “Virtual Exchange – Training for Trainers” was successfully organized within the DevelopMENS Project, bringing together youth workers, trainers, educators, and professionals from different European countries with the aim of strengthening competencies, exchanging experiences, and exploring innovative approaches in youth work.

Through interactive session, participants had the opportunity to explore topics such as Self-Determination Theory (SDT), critical thinking, media literacy, and soft skills development.

The program combined educational modules, group discussions, reflection activities, and practical exercises that encouraged active participation and collaborative learning.

A special focus of the training was placed on innovative methods in non-formal education and empowering young people through approaches that foster intrinsic motivation, engagement, and critical reflection. Participants also exchanged experiences related to digital facilitation and working in international online environments, further enriching the learning process and strengthening intercultural cooperation.

The training created a dynamic and supportive atmosphere where participants built new professional connections, shared good practices, and discussed opportunities for future collaboration and joint initiatives in the youth sector.

The DevelopMENS project brings together partners from Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Bulgaria, Albania, and Kosovo, with the goal of supporting the personal and social development of young people through evidence-based approaches integrated into formal, non-formal, and informal education.
