Being a Youth Worker in the Shadow of War is an Erasmus+ KA153 Youth Workers Mobility project that aims to strengthen the professional capacities of youth workers who work with young people affected by war and conflict.
The project brings together youth workers from different countries to take part in practice-oriented professional development activities focusing on trauma awareness, psychosocial support, social inclusion, crisis management, and youth work in conflict-affected contexts.
The project seeks to enable youth workers to apply the acquired knowledge and skills within their local communities, improve the quality and impact of youth work with war-affected young people, and foster sustainable international cooperation among partner organisations.
This project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.
