Due to high interest, a new call for the PM Academy in February is now open.
After the very successful January BRAVO & Brain Tank PM Academy, and strong interest from participants and organizations, we are opening a new PM Academy, which will take place from 9–12 February in Sarajevo.
The application deadline is 30 January 2026.
The PM Academy is designed as a comprehensive training and mentoring program for everyone who wants to develop strong project proposals and successfully apply for EU funds.
What can you expect?
The new PM Academy includes:
✔ 4-day intensive in-person training, covering:
- EU funds and the Erasmus+ programme
- Analysis and selection of open EU calls
- Project idea development and Concept Note
- Writing and completing the application
- Project budget planning and preparation
- Quality management and the project cycle
✔ 3 months of individual mentoring, during which:
- Participants work independently on their own project application
- The BRAVO & Brain Tank team provides expert feedback, advice, and guidance
- Participants receive continuous support until the final version of the project proposal
Who is the PM Academy for?
The PM Academy is intended for:
- Civil society organizations
- Companies and startups
- Educational and higher education institutions
- Individuals who want to improve their project management skills
How does the process work?
📌 Step 1 – Application
Application deadline: 30.01.2026.
📌 Step 2 – Choose the training format (4 days)
Choose one of the following options:
- Option 1: 09.02 – 12.02.2026 (in Sarajevo)
- Option 2: Online programme – dates agreed with the group
📌 Step 3 – Mentoring programme (3 months)
After the training, participants continue with individual mentoring.
We currently have 50+ open EU calls with deadlines until April 2026, which makes this a perfect time to apply with our support.
In addition, many new calls will be announced and presented to all Academy participants.
📌 Step 4 – Support with filling in the application
📌 Step 5 – Support after project approval
📌 Step 6 – Project implementation and reporting with assistance from our team
Programme price
- 2,000 KM (1,030 €) per person
- 3,000 KM total for two people from the same company/institution/organization
