From January 12 to 15, the BRAVO and Brain Tank PM Academy was successfully held as a four-day intensive training program focused on EU-funded project writing, preparation, and development.
The academy was led by Ismail Šehić, Director of BRAVO and Brain Tank, a professional with extensive experience in writing, managing, and implementing European projects. Through a highly practical and interactive approach, participants were able to get knowledge and tools necessary for successful participation in EU funding programmes.
Diverse participants and knowledge exchange
The PM Academy brought together representatives of companies, civil society organizations, and higher education institutions, creating a dynamic environment for networking, experience sharing, and future project collaboration.

Throughout the academy, participants worked through all key phases of EU project development, including:
- Introduction to EU funding programmes and Erasmus+
- Analysis of open calls and identification of funding opportunities
- Understanding the project life cycle
- Project idea development and Concept Note writing
- Step-by-step guidance on completing the project application
- EU project budget planning and development
The academy was strongly practice-oriented, enabling participants to work on real project examples and receive continuous expert guidance.
