Youth4Green which coordinated by ANKA is a 7-day international training program aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacities of youth workers regarding the European Green Deal. The project is structured around themes such as climate change, sustainable development, and digital transformation. It aims to raise awareness among youth workers on these topics, encourage them to take action, and empower them to share this knowledge with young people in their home countries.
During the training, content on the following themes will be presented:
● European Green Deal and EU Climate Policies
● Sustainability Approaches in Youth Work
● Green Transformation with Digital Tools
● Project Management, Leadership, and Dissemination Strategies
Methods to be used:
● Simulation, role-playing, case analysis
● Creative presentations, group work, field trips
● Definition of learning outcomes focused on Youthpass
● Aged 18–30 (preferred)
● Youth worker, volunteer coordinator, project manager, or active NGO member
● Interested or experienced in the fields of sustainability, environment, climate change, and
youth work
● Proficient in English communication
● Highly motivated and able to contribute to dissemination activities
● Gender balance should be observed, and if possible, include at least 1 participant with
fewer opportunities (economic, geographical, cultural)
