Plant-based nutrition has gained significant attention in recent years for its role in improving overall health and preventing chronic diseases. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains provides essential nutrients that our bodies need to function optimally. Not only does this type of diet help in maintaining a healthy weight

Over the course of the exchange, 30 participants discussed important topics like climate change, reducing waste, and making eco-friendly choices. Through group activities and discussions, they learned about how climate change affects the world and explored simple ways to live more sustainably in their daily lives. Through this project, young people gained useful knowledge and skills to work towards a greener future.

The "Fast Forward" project is designed to create an interactive training program for young people, focusing on climate change and how they can get involved in tackling it. Participants will learn about the causes and effects of climate change and discover practical ways to make a difference through sustainable actions.
