Everything we learn in sports can be applied to other aspects of life, including our personal and professional lives. Sports enrich us, provide countless experiences, foster the development of both existing and new skills, and shape us into better individuals. For that reason, we take pride in being part of the Cooperationsport4all project that cultivates just that.

The main idea of the event is to bring young people together and show them that change is possible through volunteering and its activities in local communities.

On December 4th, we successfully held our second full-day meeting in an online format, bringing together a dedicated group of eight participants. Among them were BRAVO representatives as well as participants from our five partner organizations. The meeting served as a valuable opportunity to reflect on our progress and plan for the next steps.

The Antalya Turkuaz Youth Association is a dynamic and impactful organization committed to empowering the youth of Antalya. Through a diverse array of programs and activities, the association fosters personal growth, cultural awareness, and active community engagement.

This project, funded under the Erasmus+ Programme, aimed to improve the employability of women aged 18 to 30 from rural backgrounds. By equipping them with essential digital communication skills, the project prepares them for employment in the non-profit sector addressing a significant skills gap while promoting gender equality and rural development.

This initiative, dedicated to enhancing digital competencies among young people, drew in audience of around 50 participants, including educators, youth representatives, and youth. The event underscored the transformative power of digital education and unveiled the project’s next exciting phase.

The “Fast Forward” project is an interactive training program that raises awareness of climate change while empowering young individuals to take sustainable actions. Participants will learn about the causes and effects of climate change and explore innovative approaches to creating positive environmental change.

In November 2024, Sarajevo hosted an inspiring youth exchange that brought together young minds eager to explore entrepreneurship and develop essential skills. Participants began by diving into the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, with sessions covering business planning, marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities.

The primary objective of the meeting was to reflect on the numerous activities carried out throughout the project’s duration, share experiences, and evaluate the outcomes achieved. Attendees engaged in discussions about the impact of the project on youth development and exchanged ideas about how to sustain its positive effects in their respective countries.

Beyond showcasing athletic skill, the event highlighted the unifying power of sports in promoting values like inclusion, gender equality, and community spirit. By combining physical activity with social inclusion, Mermaids for Inclusion demonstrates how sports can break barriers and build a supportive community. Let’s celebrate the power of sports to inspire change and build a more inclusive society.

Through group activities and discussions, they learned about how climate change affects the world and explored simple ways to live more sustainably in their daily lives. Through this project, young people gained useful knowledge and skills to work towards a greener future.

We are thrilled to announce the participants selected to take part in the “MAKE AMAZING VISUALS” training course, which will run from November 5th to November 13th, 2024 in Balatonszárszó, Hungary. Organized by MeOut and supported by BRAVO as the sending organization, this project will focus on empowering youth workers, educators, and trainers with enhanced skills in visual communication.
