“The course The Adaptation and Rehabilitation of Migrants to Social Life hosted in Turkey took a close look at migration-why people move, the laws involved, and the ripple effects on individuals and communities. Given how the topic fills headlines today, it felt timely, and I’m grateful I could be part of the learning circle.”

On July 1, 2025, the partners of the GENDERWISE project, funded by the European Union, held an online check-in meeting to review progress and plan the next steps in promoting gender equality in sports. The meeting gathered representatives from Croatia, Portugal, Greece, Finland, Ukraine, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The project “Bridging Communities” brings together young people from Bosnia and Sweden to explore civil courage, self-leadership, and peacebuilding. By reflecting on the history of Bosnia and their own lived realities, youth will develop new perspectives on identity, inclusion, and social responsibility.

BRAVO BiH recently hosted a National Seminar on Young People and the Labor Market as part of the EU-funded NURTURE project. The event brought together youth to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing young people in today’s job market.

The GENDERWISE project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Sport programme, continues to make meaningful progress in addressing gender inequality in sport by supporting the dual careers of young female athletes. As GENDERWISE continues to evolve, the project remains a powerful example of how strategic collaboration, digital innovation, and a strong equity focus can create meaningful change.
