Then another person shares something “edgier.” Before long, a thread that started with humor has turned into something genuinely hateful – directed at a specific group of people because of their ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.
Success in today’s world depends not only on technical knowledge but also on the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, adapt to change, and solve problems creatively. These interpersonal and personal competencies, commonly known as soft skills, are increasingly recognised by employers, educators, and organisations as essential for long-term success.
