ABOUT THE PROJECT

“Training Laboratory” is a comprehensive training programme designed for educators, peer educators, and trainers working through non-formal education to promote youth empowerment and active participation.

The project will explore the following key topics:

Fundamentals of non-formal civic education and its role in fostering active citizenship
Methodological approaches for planning and delivering civic education activities
Key competences for civic educators and youth facilitators
Designing and conducting workshops and training sessions for young people
Educational strategies for strengthening youth participation in civic life

Through interactive workshops, group activities, and reflective sessions, participants will enhance their facilitation skills, exchange best practices, and co-create innovative methods for civic engagement.
