The MYndTheater project is inviting 4 youth workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina to participate in an exciting international training course and learning journey combining research, creativity, and social impact!
About the Project
MYndTheater aims to promote youth mental health through the Forum Theater methodology, addressing the challenges young people face in digital environments. The project combines research, training, and artistic practice to build key competences in knowledge, emotional intelligence, and creative communication.
Who Can Apply
We are looking for motivated youth workers aged 20–35 who are ready to learn, collaborate, and lead change in their communities.
General profile:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Committed and available to participate in all project activities
- Professionally involved in one or more of the following areas:
- Mental health
- Forum theater / performing arts
- Youth engagement and inclusion
- Psychology or related social topics
- Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and networking skills
- Willing to maintain engagement throughout the entire project duration
Activities and Timeline
1️⃣ E-Learning Course (November 2025 – February 2026)
Participants will join a blended learning experience (synchronous & asynchronous) consisting of six 2-hour webinars held from 16:00 to 18:00 CET.

2️⃣ International Training Seminars

These 5-day mobility seminars will equip youth workers with the knowledge and skills to apply the Forum Theater methodology in their local communities.
3️⃣ Local Implementation Phase
After completing the training, selected participants will lead the Virtual Forum Theater Lab Program, train additional youth workers and artists, and organize local workshops and performances in their countries.
