The Main Aim of this project is to cultivate entrepreneurial skills in youth by leveraging outdoor learning methods that inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and develop problem-solving abilities.
Objectives of the project are to:
1.Utilize outdoor learning techniques to teach entrepreneurial concepts, including creativity, innovation, and project planning.
2. Enable participants to develop practical prototypes for entrepreneurial projects through hands-on outdoor activities.
3. Produce a guidebook on using outdoor learning for entrepreneurial skill development to share with communities and stakeholders.
4. Enhance participants’ leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking skills through collaborative challenges.
5. Boost confidence and motivation in pursuing entrepreneurial ideas and opportunities.
6. Facilitate cross-cultural networking and the exchange of entrepreneurial practices.
– Age: 18 – 30
– Group leader must be 23+
– Be willing to take part in project activities
– Be open to intercultural learning and teamwork in an international environment.
– Basic knowledge of English is desirable to ensure active participation in international activities.
