AIM OF THE PROJECT

The project is designed for a diverse group of individuals, targeting young freelancers, aspiring entrepreneurs, potential digital nomads, and beginners in the entrepreneurial world. Tailored to equip participants with essential entrepreneurial competencies, this program is a hands-on, learning-by-doing experience aimed at fostering a robust entrepreneurial mindset. The project focuses on developing key entrepreneurial competencies to empower participants for success in their businesses. The project will help participants understand their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth, fostering self-awareness crucial for entrepreneurial success. It will enhance participants’ communication abilities, emphasizing effective communication strategies vital for networking, pitching ideas, and building successful business relationships. It will guide participants through the process of creating a business plan, providing a roadmap for their entrepreneurial journey. The training sessions will include interactive workshops, simulations, case studies, and mentorship opportunities, creating a dynamic and immersive learning environment.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

Understanding the Entrepreneurial Mindset: Delving deeper into the aspects of entrepreneurial thinking, participants will gain insights into the mindset required for navigating uncertainties, taking calculated risks, and fostering creativity and innovation.

Emphasizing Self-Consciousness: Going beyond basic self-assessment, the program will focus on cultivating self-consciousness—a heightened awareness of one’s values, beliefs, and aspirations. This introspective approach aims to help participants align their entrepreneurial journey with their personal goals and values.
Enhancing Team Collaboration Skills: Building on the foundation of teamwork, the program will delve into advanced aspects of successful collaboration, emphasizing effective communication, conflict resolution, and leveraging diverse skill sets within a team for maximum productivity.
Exploring Motivation and Stress Management: Providing a deeper understanding of motivation and stress, participants will learn strategies for maintaining high levels of motivation while effectively managing stress. This includes techniques for overcoming challenges and maintaining resilience in the face of adversity.
Mastering Time and Project Management: In addition to process management, the program will address the importance of time and project management. Participants will learn how to prioritize tasks and set realistic deadlines.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

As a result of the training participants will be able to understand the importance of the entrepreneur mindset. They will understand the importance of self-assessment and openness. They will have a better understanding of time management, cooperation, project management, and business plans. They will also make their plans make new ones and manage their processes. They will understand how stress and motivation work in an entrepreneur’s life.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

Aged 18+
Motivated to establish your startup/willingness to be an entrepreneur
Motivated to take part in a mutual learning process in a very intercultural setting
Good level of English to follow the training and contribute to it
Wish and ability to participate fully in the event
Already a freelancer or beginner entrepreneur or have a desire to become one

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVELLING

Participants will stay in Balatonszárszó, Hungary.

The participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, 2-5 per room. During the stay, food will be prepared by experienced cooks, provided at the venue. Three meals and two coffee breaks per day will be provided.
