ABOUT THE PROJECT
BRAVO, in cooperation with Fondacija Poduzetnika u BiH, is announcing an open call for the Erasmus+ training course “Decoding Cultures” which will be held in Lodz, Poland from April 11th to 18th, 2025.
This project aims to foster cultural understanding and integration among European youth workers through a blend of training and a study visit. Participants will explore Polish history and culture while sharing insights from their own countries, promoting mutual understanding, reducing stereotypes and strengthening European cohesion.
THE OBJECTIVES OF THE YOUTH EXCHANGE
– Combat prejudices and stereotypes by deepening cultural and historical awareness.
– Enhance integration through understanding cultural differences.
– Address the roots of radicalism to prevent future conflicts.
– Promote a harmonious European community by valuing diversity.
Participants will also develop skills in communication, leadership and cultural understanding while building a network of youth workers across regions.
VOLUNTEER PROFILE
We are looking for:
– Youth workers aged 18+ with experience in youth work.
– Good knowledge of English.
– Open-minded and passionate individuals eager to create community impact.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVEL
Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Mazowiecki, Lodz. Rooms will be shared (2-3 people per room) and grouped by gender with participants from different countries.
