RCV creates inclusive opportunities for young people and professionals through training activities, mentorship, non-formal education, international mobility and community-based initiatives.
A core part of its mission is to bridge gaps in education, social inclusion, and employability by equipping young people with practical competencies, leadership skills, and opportunities for active participation in society. Its responsibilities include coordination with the venue, accommodation arrangements, participant support, meals, coffee breaks, workshop materials, local logistics and selected social and cultural programme elements.
About the Project
This activity is implemented within the Erasmus+ programme under KA151-YOU – Accredited projects for youth mobility, project number 2025-1-TR01-KA151-YOU-000299430. The beneficiary organisation is Mozaik Human Resources Development Association from Türkiye, while the Development Center of Vojvodina acts as the hosting partner in Serbia.
The project focuses on entrepreneurship education as a practical and transferable field of youth work. It is designed for youth workers, youth leaders, trainers, NGO staff and potential youth workers who want to strengthen their capacity to use entrepreneurship-related learning approaches in their everyday work with young people.
The main objective of the activity is to equip youth workers with practical methods, tools and educational approaches that they can later transfer to young people in their local communities. In this context, entrepreneurship is understood not only as business creation, but also as initiative, creativity, resilience, teamwork, problem-solving and the ability to transform ideas into concrete action.
The expected results of the project are both educational and practical. Participants are expected to strengthen their understanding of entrepreneurship education in youth work, improve their facilitation competences, explore methods that are suitable for different groups of young people, and return home with ideas for follow-up workshops, local initiatives and future cooperation.
- to connect entrepreneurship education with the realities, needs and challenges faced by young people today;
- to strengthen participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship education and its relevance for youth work and youth participation;
- to develop key entrepreneurial competences such as initiative, resilience, creativity, opportunity recognition, teamwork and problem-solving;
- to improve the facilitation capacity of youth workers through practical non-formal education methods and ready-to-use workshop tools;
- to explore business ideas, social entrepreneurship, and youth-led responses to community needs;
The educational flow of the activity combines introductory sessions, thematic workshops, peer exchange, practical exercises, reflection moments, and a local learning visit. Participants will work on understanding the role of entrepreneurship in youth work, mapping the challenges and opportunities for young people, and identifying the competencies youth workers need to facilitate entrepreneurship-related learning processes. The educational process is built around a combination of introductory sessions, team building, thematic workshops, group work, practical exercises, peer exchange, reflection and local learning. During the activity, participants will explore the role of entrepreneurship in youth work, map key challenges and opportunities faced by young people, examine the entrepreneurial mindset, test creativity and facilitation tools, and work on the adaptation of methods for different youth contexts, including disadvantaged groups.
