As part of the ongoing development and implementation of the WARM project, on 20th of February 2026 an online training session was successfully organized for project partners, trainers, and educators.

The meeting focused on introducing the newly developed digital learning platform that will be used for delivering educational content, managing courses, and supporting participants throughout the project activities.

The session brought together project partners and the platform’s lead developer, who presented the system directly to the consortium and explained its structure, logic, and practical use.

The training was recorded to ensure that all current and future trainers will be able to revisit the instructions and use the platform independently.

Introducing the WARM Learning Platform

During the training, participants were guided through the platform’s core purpose, to provide a centralized digital environment where educators can deliver courses and learners can follow structured educational pathways.

The platform was designed with simplicity and accessibility in mind. According to the developer, a key objective was to create a system that trainers can navigate without technical background, supported by detailed digital guidebooks integrated into the interface.

The training demonstrated how trainers will:

  • Log into the administrative interface
  • Access the dashboard and navigation menu
  • Manage user profiles and permissions
  • View internal project resources and documentation
  • Access the front-end learning environment

All instructions are available directly inside the platform in written form, allowing trainers to independently learn and repeat procedures whenever needed.

Course and Content Management

A major part of the session focused on the Course Manager, the central tool trainers will use throughout the project.

Participants learned how to:

  • Create new courses
  • Edit course descriptions and duration
  • Add categories and tags
  • Upload course materials
  • Organize curriculum structure
  • Manage quizzes and assessments

The platform allows different types of quizzes, adjustable passing rates, and multiple retake options, ensuring flexibility for different learning approaches.

Trainers will also be able to update lessons in real time, meaning educational content can evolve throughout the project according to participant needs and feedback.

Communication and Community Features

To strengthen interaction between participants, the platform includes an integrated discussion forum. Instead of multiple fragmented forums, partners agreed to use a single shared forum with different topics for each course, making communication clearer and easier to follow.

This feature will support peer learning, questions, reflections, and collaborative exchange between learners and educators, an important element of non-formal education within Erasmus+ projects.

Certificates and Learning Progress

The platform also supports course completion certificates. When participants complete all modules sequentially, certificates can be issued automatically. If modules are completed in a different order, trainers can manually issue certificates.

This structure ensures both flexibility and proper recognition of learning outcomes.

Moving Forward

The training marked an important milestone for the WARM project. By establishing a shared digital learning environment, partners now have the tools necessary to deliver structured, interactive, and accessible educational content to participants across countries.

The platform will serve not only as a repository of materials, but as an active learning space where trainers and learners collaborate, exchange ideas, and track their progress throughout the project lifecycle.

The WARM project continues to combine digital innovation with non-formal education methodologies, strengthening cooperation and ensuring sustainable learning outcomes for all participants.
