Addressing Misinformation: Combat the spread of false news, misinformation, and manipulation on social media, which hinders youth decision-making and fuels divisions in society.
Raising Awareness: Increase understanding of the impact of information pollution on security and development challenges, particularly in Europe, where social media usage contributes to misinformation during times of unrest.
Promote Safe Digital Participation: Focus on secure digital youth participation, especially for youth in rural areas, by promoting active citizenship, online entrepreneurship skills, and inclusion.
Empowerment Through Education: Train youth workers to help young people distinguish between misinformation and the truth. Enhance criticalthinking and media evaluation skills, focusing on online manipulation. Strengthen digital competencies of youth workers to foster safe digital participation.
Promote Digital Literacy & Community Engagement: Utilize tools like photovoice, blogs, and online marketing to improve youth engagement and community involvement at the local level. Encourage the development of high-quality youth exchanges and participation initiatives aligned with the Erasmus+ program.
Knowledge Exchange & Skill Building: Use Erasmus+ to empower youth activists as multipliers of digital literacy projects.

The “Info ToImpact” mobility projectin Romania focuses on sharing digital youth work methods,recognizing fake news, and promoting safe digital participation for disadvantaged youth. It aims to equip youth workers and educators with skills to foster criticalthinking, media literacy, and responsible digital citizenship among young people.
