The training course held in Ljubljana from 25th until 30th of November 2025, as part of the Second Chance project brought together young, motivated participants with the goal of empowering them to develop and present their ideas in an international environment. The course focused on creativity, entrepreneurship, inclusion, and practical skill-building, offering participants a space to learn, collaborate, and gain confidence in presenting their concepts.
Five young girls from Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in the training, proudly representing both their ideas and the organization BRAVO. Throughout the programme, they actively participated in workshops, group work, and mentoring sessions, working on refining their ideas and preparing final presentations. Their engagement, creativity, and teamwork stood out, and their final pitches were met with very positive feedback from peers and facilitators.
A key part of the programme was the marketing training delivered by Nedžma Salkić.
Her sessions focused on practical marketing knowledge, including how to clearly communicate an idea, identify target audiences, build a strong value proposition, and use digital tools to promote projects effectively. Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, participants gained concrete skills they could immediately apply to their ideas.
The structure of the training followed an interactive and participant-centered approach, combining theoretical inputs with hands-on exercises. Participants worked individually and in teams, exchanged experiences, and learned how to turn ideas into structured concepts ready for presentation. The final pitching sessions allowed them to practice public speaking, storytelling, and persuasive communication in a supportive international setting.
Overall, the Second Chance training course in Ljubljana proved to be a valuable learning experience for the participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina. It strengthened their entrepreneurial mindset, improved their practical skills, and provided them with international exposure and connections. The experience reinforced the importance of creating inclusive opportunities for young people to grow, learn, and confidently take their next steps toward personal and professional development.
