BRAVO BiH

For me, taking part in this Youth Exchange project was an amazing and memorable experience for me. From day one, the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, which made it easy to connect with people from different countries and cultures. I learned a lot about other cultures, their traditions, customs, and ways of thinking, especially through everyday conversations and intercultural evenings.

The informal activities and free-time discussions were the best way to bond with others. Getting to know each other outside of workshops helped us build real friendships and feel like a team rather than just participants in a project. At the same time, the learning part of the project was very practical and useful.

One of the most valuable things I learned was how to start a small business, what steps are needed, and what kind of obstacles and challenges entrepreneurs usually face. Through teamwork and real-life examples, I gained a better understanding of entrepreneurship and problem-solving.

Overall, this project helped me grow personally, become more open-minded, and motivated me to apply the knowledge and experience in my future plans.– Tarik Avdagić

“„Outdoor Ventures“ was the second project I participated in and it will stay with me for a long time. The project was centered around entrepreneurship, focusing on creativity, initiative, problem-solving, and teamwork. It took place in Vilnius, Lithuania. We also had a chance to explore little bit of the city, which gave us the opportunity to experience a place and culture we might not have discovered otherwise. Beyond the project itself and the city, it was the people who truly made this experience special. I built meaningful connections and friendships that I am sure will remain part of my life, not only with people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also participants from other countries, including Georgia, Romania, Lithuania and Spain, through whom I got to know different cultures and exchanged ideas and perspectives. This experience helped me grow personally, boosting my confidence, creativity, and ability to work in diverse teams.  It inspired me to keep exploring new opportunities, meet new people, and apply what I learned in my future studies and projects. Overall, this project has been an important step in my personal and professional growth, and I am grateful for every moment of it.”  – Alma Kamaković

“Participating in the Erasmus+ project “Outdoor Ventures” in Lithuania was an unforgettable and highly enriching experience for me. The project was focused on entrepreneurship, outdoor learning, and personal development, and it gave me the opportunity to gain both practical knowledge and valuable life skills.

During my stay in Lithuania, I had the chance to explore the country’s rich traditions and culture, which I found very inspiring. One of the highlights of the project was a one-day trip to Trakai, a beautiful historical site that allowed us to better understand Lithuanian history and heritage. What made this experience even more special was meeting amazing people from different countries such as Georgia, Spain, Romania, and many others. Through teamwork, discussions, and intercultural activities, I learned how diverse perspectives can contribute to creative ideas and successful entrepreneurial thinking.

The project helped me improve my communication skills, boosted my confidence, and expanded my understanding of entrepreneurship in an international context. Overall, this experience had a very positive impact on me, both personally and professionally, and I will carry these lessons with me in the future.” – Ela Čolić

“During the exchange, I learned a lot about the cultures of Lithuania, Romania, Georgia, Spain. I also picked up a few words in different languages, which made communication even more fun and meaningful. One special moment for me was realizing how small the world really is. I met a mutual friend from Georgia whom I had already connected with during a previous exchange. This showed me how strongly these projects connect people from all over the world.

Vilnius is a beautiful city, especially at night, when we jokingly said it reminded us of New York. The people I met were kind, open-minded, and inspiring, and their characters will stay in my memory for a long time. Through this experience, I improved my leadership skills, self-confidence, communication abilities, and gained a stronger motivation to travel, learn, and connect with others across cultures. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the organizers for the excellent organization and support throughout the entire project. Everything was well planned, and it allowed us to fully focus on learning, connecting, and enjoying the experience. I am truly thankful for this opportunity and hope that this will not be my last international exchange. I look forward to many more projects, travels, and experiences like this in the future.” – Farah Šehović

“Being a part of the “Outdoor Ventures” Youth Exchange in Lithuania was an extremely enriching and inspiring experience for me, since it was my first time representing BRAVO. The project focused on outdoor entrepreneurship and demonstrated how innovative and sustainable business ideas can be developed through nature and active lifestyles. Through interactive workshops and teamwork, I gained valuable insights into entrepreneurship and was motivated to further explore my own business ideas connected to the outdoor field.

An equally important aspect of the project was the richness of the intercultural exchange. Meeting people from many different cultural backgrounds and getting to know new individuals from across Europe created a truly dynamic and open environment. Exchanging perspectives, traditions and personal experiences broadened my worldview, improved my communication skills and helped me grow on a personal level.

All in all, this project was a truly transformative experience that successfully combined learning, creativity and cultural diversity. I am very grateful for the opportunity to participate, as it encouraged both my personal and professional development. I would gladly take part in a similar project again in the future. ” – Minela Gasal

“Joining the Outdoor Ventures project in Vilnius was an experience I will always remember. Right from the start, the organizers were incredibly kind and welcoming, making everything feel easy and fun. Every activity was thoughtfully planned, and the mix of outdoor workshops, team challenges, and time to explore the city kept each day interesting. One of my favorite parts, as always, were the cultural nights. The Spanish participants showed us the beauty of Tenerife, which made me really want to visit one day. The Romanian group shared their unique and charismatic culture, while the Georgian team impressed everyone with their dancing, and I remember just looking around and seeing everyone dance and laugh together. The Lithuanian team brought some amazing drinks and really interesting food, making the night unforgettable. It’s these moments that I will carry with me from the project.

Outdoor Ventures taught me new ways of learning and collaborating, but what made it truly special were the people and the moments we shared. This project showed me that learning can be fun, interactive, and full of surprises, and I left Vilnius with new skills, new friends, and memories that will definitely stay with me for a long time.” – Sumeja Huskić

“I participated in the “Outdoor Ventures” exchange program and spent seven unforgettable days in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. At first, I did not have high expectations, but the project completely exceeded everything I imagined. I met amazing people from Georgia, Spain, Lithuania and Romania, and learned about their cultures, customs and perspectives.

My favorite moments were our spontaneous city adventures, when we got lost and ended up in random places, laughing and figuring things out together. The atmosphere of Vilnius made the whole experience even more special. Throughout the exchange, I developed my leadership skills and discovered abilities I did not even know I had. I also explored a new side of entrepreneurship and realized how ideas can become reality, and how meaningful it feels when you can help others. However, the biggest gift of this project were the people. I made friendships that I know will last, and I now have someone to call for a coffee in each of those countries. I especially bonded with my national team from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we are already planning new travels together.

This experience gave me motivation, friendships, and most importantly it helped me find myself and my calling.” – Zara Željković
